Chase+Carlie=LOVE!

Tonight, we went to Ensign Peak and on our way home, Tyler happened to see my cousin and his girlfriend, now fiance, getting out of their car. She had flowers and he had his guitar. We knew that he must be getting ready to propose. So we did what any normal people would and turned the car around to stalk them. Tyler ran closer to them and snapped a few pictures. We are SO excited for them! Congrats Carlie and Chase!!!

Fall Date

During Lyndsay's fall break from school we were able to get out and have some fun while the boys were at daycare.  We went on a trail run in Corner Canyon in the morning.  It was beautiful.  The leaves are turning colors and the ground was wet from rain the day before.

After our run, we went climbing at "Red Rocks" or the "Dentist Boulders".  It was our first time climbing all year.  It felt great to get out.

Root Beer Floats

The boys had root beer floats for the first time in a while.  It was a big hit.

Mace and Cruz have grown very close over the past few months.  I think Cruz is finally able to play somewhat on Mace's level.  They can often play with each other for 30 minutes to an hour without any interaction from us, their parents.  It has been really nice as it allows at least attempt to clean up our house and lets us occasionally have an adult conversation. 

We have been trying to get our kids to smile when we take pictures of them.  Most of the time it turns into the boys yelling "Cheese!" as loud as they can.  Consequently, most of the pictures end up looking like they are crazy.
